From our humble beginnings in 1884 as a manufacturer or farm wagons, Financial Logistics has grown to become a key player in third party logistics.

In 1989, Tom Dehart formed Financial Transportation Services, Inc. to handle the logistical needs within the Memphis Metropolitan area. Starting with a folding table and telephone, the business began to grow.

With the acquisition of Suncoast Carriers, in 1991, Financial Transportation Services now had the ability to provide transportation services in and around the Memphis area.

Pyramid Distribution Services was formed in 1995, providing warehousing and distribution for his customers. With this in place, the companies all united under Financial Logistics, Inc. to provide third party logistical solutions for a fast growing market. Hemphis, Inc., a PEO/ Human Resources company was added a year later.

In 1996 Millennium Systems Management was formed to create the bridge between technology and logistics. This ASP technology company, also, provides many services outside transportation logistics.

2000 saw the creation of Complete Staffing Services, providing temporary labor to the general public.

Logistics and Technology partners now added personnel in 2002, giving an additional 75 years of Transportation and Distribution experience to its core associate base.

Today, Financial Logistics, Inc. provides asset based and non-asset based logistical needs to our customers. We don't waste time with inter-company politics or sibling rivalry. Through our unique partnership, we are empowered to give you more options at better costs and with real, live people.
